Paul Mendonca
President

Paul Mendonca has been always passionate about how IT can bring business transformation. His expertise lies in re-engineering business processes to help companies achieve a competitive advantage, using IT. He believes that companies still use IT as an automation tool, rather than a strategic tool, to compete in the market place.

His passion towards IT for business led him to co-found AEC Tek. AEC Tek helps SME (small to medium enterprises) with Information Technology Solutions. Over the past eight years, Paul has been working diligently with AEC (architecture, engineering and construction) firms in Orange County, California, to help transform their business processes. He has been building project management solutions, intranet, extranet and other B2B solutions. An outcome of this partnership has been also the launch of the OnlineTimeSheet product at the AIA, San Antanio this year.

Paul is a first generation serial entrepreneur. Before launching AEC Tek in 2001, he launched an IT Training Company, Gates, in India, in the year 1998. Gates is today a leading provider of IT Trainings. Paul finds it rewarding to see others succeed; this in return has been catalyst for his success.

Paul is a magna cum laude engineering graduate from VJTI, Bombay University, a premier engineering college in India.  During his career he has earned technical certifications from Microsoft, Cisco and others. He is also a graduating MBA from Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, Irvine. An active member of Vistage group (largest network of CEO’s), Paul has also won various awards for academic excellence during his career.

Sampath Krishnamurthy
Program Manager

Sampath Krishnamurthy manages the operations of our global delivery center in India. At the center of his activities, are to ensure that clients get their projects delivered on time and within the set budget.

Sampath has over 19 years of software engineering expertise. He has build ERP systems for diamond processing industry, developed investment products for E*Trade, created client based applications for GAP as an IBM consultant. He has been a lead member in developing the OnlineTimeSheet product for AEC Tek.

Sampath is a Bachelor of Science from University of Bombay. He is certified in project management and software engineering from University of California, SantaCruz extension. Besides he has got various technical certfications in Java, C++, UNIX and others.

Vishwesh Oroskar
Advisor

Vishwesh Oroskar is an Operations and Quality expert. He has been advising AEC Tek on Software Engineering, Quality Management and various other Project Management issues. He is currently working with AEC Tek to roll out CMMI 3 (Capability Maturity Model Integration), a quality improvement process for software development.

His career reaffirms his passion for operations and quality. He began his career with manufacturing, moved onto install manufacturing plants and then took on project management for software. He has worked in various positions as Manager, Senior Manager and Deputy General Manager. His key achievements are successful implementation of CMMI 5 quality processes and making companies compliant to achieve industry certifications.

Vishwesh is an engineering graduate from University of Bombay, Sardar Patel College of Engineering. He has also got an MBA with specialization in Operations Management from University of Bombay, India.
