Improving customer support experience and creating operational excellence for the Tech Support team.
To stay in competition, ADS needs to have a continuous line of consumer products being released, with updated and new versions being launched every six months. Supporting these customers world-wide and keeping up to date was becoming a nightmare for the support department. Adding new support personnel only escalated costs but did very little to bring about customer satisfaction. ADS was looking for a software solution that could help.

Smart Client application allow teachers to write stories and publish it smartly on the go, to a central story library
LearnPlay needed to develop an application for story writers that could write stories on the go. LearnPlay was looking for a partner that understood their business and also understood leading edge technology. Also LearnPlay was on a budget and this was the first time they were planning to offshore an application. After researching many firms LearnPlay chose AEC Tek to develop a solution.

Collect labor time from superintendent on the field and integrate with accounting to create data screens, that allow project managers, accounting and superintends to collaborate online with the projects.
ArchWall looked for as off the shelf solution to meet their needs, however found none. AEC Tek’s experience with the TimeSheet systems and its integration expertise with Timberline accounting system convinced ArchWall to build a custom solution.

Provide Reprographer with digital space to store, manage and distribute construction drawings, between General Contractors, Subcontractors and Owners.
In order to provide highest quality at low costs, SFO had to reduce its own operating costs. Hence it was looking for a tool that will allow clients to upload drawings themselves and then allow them and their subcontractors to order drawings. SFO was looking for a pretty much self-administrative tool. With its success in AEC industry, AEC Tek understood this process very well and was chosen to provide a solution.

AMSI lacked a creditable website to market its strength to other clients. Also AMSI wanted to integrate customer orders with suppliers. Since AMSI was to acquire another company this project even became vital with a stringent deadline. AEC Tek won the bid on this project.

Create a web portal for architects, subconsultants and clients to collaborate online and achieve quicker project turn-around.
As part of its services GKKWorks also provides constructability review services. This calls for GKKWorks to review the drawings submitted by architects and subconsutlants before the building gets constructed. To stay in competition, GKKWorks had to prove a tool that will help enhance and speed up the constructability review process. AEC Tek with its experience in dealing with the AEC industry was called to use IT as an enabler to speed up this process.
